Job Summary

DreamQii is seeking experienced full-time Sales Professionals to join its Business Development Team. This position entails managing all aspects of sales, from prospect development to closing. This position involves working with (and identifying) local and international partners, distributors, and retailers. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients, carving out new distribution paths, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue. The Sales Professional position handles medium, large, complex, and high volume accounts. The role possesses long term, multi-year sales and revenue goals, and identifies additional opportunities to cross-sell products.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in marketing products in a dual role of B2B and B2C
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with multiple decision makers on complex sales
  • Demonstrated track record in consistently achieving aggressive sales objectives
  • Business development and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively originate new business, develop and leverage referral sources, and convert a cold lead into a qualified prospect
  • Ability to assess financial attractiveness of new leads to ensure profitability
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem solving skills
  • Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company standards, and a commitment to personal and professional development
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information
  • Must have a strong interest in learning about and supporting business development
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented
  • Must have a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism
  • Must be trustworthy – must use good judgment and discretion as needed since work is of a confidential nature
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Identifies and actively pursues potential new business opportunities
  • Leads the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion
  • Carve out new distribution paths for local and international opportunities
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and overcome potential obstacles
  • Assess financial attractiveness of new leads to ensure profitability
  • Leads in the creation of sales proposals and presentations and works with the referral source partner to coordinate the delivery of these presentations to prospects
  • Utilizes information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position business to prospect
  • Self-start and independently initiate new opportunities when appropriate
  • Develops sales strategies for increasing target sales and manages execution of these strategies
  • Capable of generating new revenue opportunities by introducing and leveraging other business products and services as appropriate


Ideal candidate must have a University or College Level Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in at least one of the following:

  • Business development
  • Sales (B2B, B2C, direct sales and e-commerce)
  • Marketing (traditional & social media)
