Job Summary

DreamQii is seeking a full-time Customer Support and Community Management Specialist to join its’ Business Development and Customer Support Teams. In this position you will be the face of DreamQii, the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You’ll help create the energy and excitement around our line of products. You’ll manage incoming communication from a variety of platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email, and phone.  You’ll help plan, coordinate, and represent DreamQii at trade shows and networking events.  You will coordinate activities between internal and external parties, communicate processes or information internally, schedule and manage team meetings, teleconferences and offsite events.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service oriented role
  • Experience using web based customer management software (i.e. Zendesk, Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Proficient with basic office software applications
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint Excel
  • Comfortable managing and cultivating communities across social media and our company website using platforms such as:
    • WordPress
    • WooCommerce
    • BuddyPress
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
    • Instagram
    • Pinterest
    • Hootsuite
    • etc.
  • Comfortable creating and curating (or learning to create and curate) media (photos and videos) using software applications such as:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Premier
    • Adobe AfterEffects
    • Adobe InDesign
  • Must be able to proactively find opportunities to create new and unique content to share with our audience that matches our core values and business goals
  • Must be able to analyze social media data on platforms such as facebook, twitter, and instagram to gain insights into our audience that maximize the effectiveness of our communication efforts
  • Must have a strong interest in learning about and supporting business development
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented
  • Must have a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism
  • Must be confidential and trustworthy – must use good judgment and discretion as needed since work is of a confidential nature
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently, or as a team member, while maintaining focus and productivity
  • Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Must be able to handle any responsibility calmly while under pressure
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment, and to be invigorated by constant interaction
  • Strong interest in new technology and gadgets, agile and adaptive, quick at learning new products and features
  • Experience and knowledge of SCRUM management framework is ideal


  • In this role, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs and following through with enlightening solutions
  • You are the first point of contact for new customers, and the face of DreamQii, you’re also the person who guides them — advising, selling, and delighting customers with unique solutions, going far above what a sales person would ever do
  • You perform a variety of roles, helping out where needed, and assisting team members
  • Always curious, you stay on top of news about new technology and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions
  • You get great satisfaction from building lifelong relationships with customers
  • You’ll manage DreamQii’s overall online presence, build, maintain, and repair relationships with our customers and partners


  • BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
